This is a new Pilates group. We meet 10:30am to 11:30am at The Stansted Free Church Hall on Tuesday mornings for a wonderful Pilates session with Lisa. It costs £9 per session . We pay one month in advance.

Currently the group is open to new members.

A new member joining without previous Pilates experience would need to have a one to one session with Hannah prior to joining. This is essential to prevent injuries.
